Ingredients:

For the Sliders:

  • 1 package (12 count) slider rolls
  • 1.5 pounds roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices provolone cheese

For the Au Jus Sauce:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

For the Au Jus Sauce:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it continue to simmer while you prepare the sliders.

For the Sliders:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.

  3. Place the bottom half of the slider rolls in a baking dish.

  4. Layer the thinly sliced roast beef over the rolls.

  5. Place a slice of provolone cheese over the roast beef.

  6. Place the top half of the slider rolls over the cheese.

  7. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the tops of the slider rolls.

  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  10. Once the sliders are done, remove them from the oven and use a sharp knife to separate them into individual sliders.

Serving:

  1. Serve the French Dip Sliders warm with a side of the prepared Au Jus sauce for dipping.

  2. Optionally, you can pour a little extra Au Jus sauce over the sliders before serving.
